A/N: Originally posted in/for the sga_flashfic "Sickness" challenge. Some things corrected here after digging through the book some more.
For cesperanza, who loves The Stand more than I do. This may not make complete sense if you haven't read the book or seen the mini-series, but I've tried.
The main thing you need to know: The plague is started by an experiment gone wrong, and it's over 99% fatal. Nobody knows why some people are immune.
